WEIZA Oil ® (Special Wheat Germ Oil)
is a vegetable oil that is enriched with lecithin.
In order to produce 100 ml of Weiza Oil, an average of 240 ml of wheat germ has to be gained from over 11 kg of wheat. The cold pressing process is applied in order to obtain liposoluble phospholipids and to preserve the high content of natural vitamin E, as well as polyunsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids.
